Welcome to port of Budva - the port for all citizens and visitors
Your safe haven at sea
Located in the heart of Budva, just steps away from the seaside promenade and the Old Town, Port of Budva is situated at one of the most important and busiest nautical locations on the Montenegrin coast.
The port is designed to accommodate and berth vessels up to 70 meters in length, with clearly designated municipal and commercial zones.
The total capacity of the port is 587 berths, including 370 municipal berths primarily intended for local users, while approximately 217 berths are allocated for commercial use, including tourist and private vessels.
The existing infrastructure includes access to water and electricity supply, along with other essential port services available throughout the year, in accordance with applicable technical and safety standards.
In recent years, Port of Budva has increasingly established itself as one of the key centers of nautical tourism on the Montenegrin coast, securing an important position on the Adriatic tourism map. Following the takeover of management by Morsko dobro, an extensive reconstruction and modernization process was launched, including the upgrade of the pontoon system, installations, and overall port infrastructure.
These activities are aimed at creating a modern, functional, and safe port environment that delivers high-quality municipal and commercial services while meeting the needs of users throughout the year.
Thanks to continuous investment, Port of Budva continues to strengthen its position as a dynamic and reliable maritime hub, playing a significant role in the overall development of Montenegro’s coastal region.
