Municipal Berths

Requirements for obtaining a municipal berth (required documentation):

Municipal berths at Port of Budva are intended for private individuals residing in the Municipality of Budva, subject to clearly defined eligibility requirements.

To apply for a municipal berth, the following documentation must be submitted:

Application Form

Completed municipal berth application form

Proof of Residence

Proof of residence (minimum 10 years of continuous residence within the Municipality of Budva)

Identity Document

Valid identification document (ID card or passport)

Vessel Documentation

Vessel documentation (vessel certificate and valid insurance policy)

An additional requirement is that the vessel must carry BD registration markings.
